Ok this is your problem. An arm rest with a burn and the wrong color.

Where do you start? First you take some 240 grit wet or dry sandpaper and your Prepping Agent and make it look like the picture.

Now take your Crack Filler and again make it look like the picture. Use an old business card and BUILD UP THE LAYERS. To much will just not work for you. You can SPEED up the process with a hair dryer set on LOW heat. DO NOT USE A HEAT GUN, can you say FRIED LEATHER.
