DIY Leather care

I was at the Marina and a fellow boat owner asked me what I used on my teak since he saw it took me less than 4 hours to do the boat. I told him it was a product that we make but do not advertise Cerrious Clean since that was not or normal target market place. So I told him and gave him a little sample to play with, he liked it so I am passing it on.

The Project: 1985 Grady White

What it looked like before:

The steps:

1. You need a TEAK BRUSH (Bronze) I used an old towel but the brush was better.

2. Cerrious Clean, Rubber Gloves, Good Ones, Eye protection and a SPRAY MASK, this stuff when sprayed from a bottle it will take your breath away. Alternate is to dip the brush (That is the way I finished the project)

3. HOSE to rinse.

Cerrious Clean is NOT a hazarded to the water, grass or anything else. It will etch Aluminum so be careful.

STEP ONE: Pour Cerrious Clean into a container, I used an old pail, plastic. Dip the Brush into the Cerrious Clean and SCRUB the Teak with the grain of the wood

STEP TWO: RINSE with water

DONE! Said it was easy. Now you can use your favorite Teak oil and be ready for the season.

The results:  We used an experimental Teak oil I am working on, sorry not ready for the public yet.
