Well since I am feeling OLD I thought that it was time to put some things up that are Memories for this family who has been with Leatherique all these years. It all started in Fords New Jersey with Ty Peck and my dad George P. Pavlisko. That was in 1963 in about 2 years time the company you know as Leatherique was formed.

This is the First car ever done using Leatherique. which was in 1965. My dads 1938 Bentley. The black and white photo was in a 1968 edition of the Local Newspaper in New Brunswick N.J. The COLOR was a centerfold spread in Car Collector in about 1971. Then we did some 2 wheel stuff in New Jersey. that is me on the right, many years ago. That was P&N Cyrus Distributions. We had a 1953 Studebaker Pick up as a company truck. I would later use that as a tow car for the race cars. In the 1970's I moved to Florida leaving my home state of New Jersey. My mom and dad followed my down about 3 years later. Dad passed away and mom and I opened Leatherique in our Florida location where many of our present customers found and purchased from us. I developed Prestine Clean for MB TEX leather and also introduced Klear Kote, Rubber Black and our new formula Leatherique Dye. EPA was the reason we changed the formula back then. the Formula for Rejuvinator Oil has been the same since 1963 just with a few minor changes caused by an employee taking the formula to start there own business.

The OTHER than Leatherique side was my dads Classic Car collection and the fact that he was one of the founders of the Classic Car Club of America being member #11 and the founder of Cars of the Past as it's first President and member #1.

Racing was in the family forever That is October 1940, the CAT in the HAT is DAD showing mom something. Me I was not even a thought and World War II was coming SOON. They had fun before me:

Then I came along and it was RACE CARS on the brain.

As I got older Racing was what I wanted to do and go to.

1960's at Old Bridge New Jersey with the ARDC Midgets. Then we went dirt at Flemington Fairgrounds Also at Nazareth Pa Ran Langhorne and Dover Delaware. Not our cars.

I will be adding more as we find and scan the pictures.
